The Langa Astigiana, which borders the Alta Langa and the Monferrato wine regions, is a territory with spectacular landscapes: vineyards, pastures, hazelnut groves and peaceful woods.
Panoramic roads and paths will lead you through a varied territory, an authentic countryside, with some unspoiled areas between cultivated land and meadows. The meadows and pastures of the elevated hills offer the ideal climactic conditions for the production of a PDO goat and sheep cheese called Robiola di Roccaverano, while the fertile valley floor is perfect for small Piedmontese beef cattle farms.
The sunniest parts of the area host vineyards that produce excellent refined whites and full-bodied reds. The hill’s altitude also favours the flourishing of hazel groves that produce the best hazelnut varieties in the world: the Tonda Gentile from the Langhe.
In summary ,you will find delicious wineries , small producers of cheese and hazelnut products, butchers, farmhouses and restaurants with a strong connection to the territory and its history.
Our strategic position allows you to easily reach Acqui Terme, Canelli and Alba and the Langa wine areas.
You can reach the Ligurian coast in one hour and Turin, Genoa and Milan in one and a half hours by car.
