We happily invite you to share and discover our small agricultural world that we have put so much passion into building. In 2016 we decided to plant the first hazelnut grove, then we continued with the planting and production of the highly prized Tonda Gentile of the Langhe PGI hazelnut variety. The vegetable garden and the orchard are cultivated, without pesticides, for our personal use and also to be able to offer our guests the most genuine products. We raise a few free range chickens, some sheep for milk and cheese production – this is the area where the PDO Robiola di Roccaverano cheese is produced. With our fruit, almost all from ancient varieties, we prepare dishes, jams and juices.
